My wife and I had an absolutely excellent experience selling our house with Brent and would highly recommend him to anyone. We decided rather abruptly to sell our home on Alki Beach and move to San Francisco. With our first consultation, Brent understood our goals - a very quick sale and a expending a minimal amount of time/money as the sellers. Brent secured two offers on our house in the very first week and we closed just 6 weeks after meeting him! In that first week, Brent helped us to stage our house with fantastic skill - which of our furniture and decorations should be stored, which should remain, what additional decoration we should buy and what decoration he could provide for staging. 

Brent is really full service. The professional photo shoot he arranged was absolutely astounding! I was very skeptical that the photo shoot would be of much value - however the photos looked AMAZING and I must have heard from 30+ friends and coworkers how incredible our home was. When dealing with the buyers and their agent, Brent did a tremendous job in representing our wishes and negotiating very favorably on our behalf. Due to his negotiations, we were able to sell with zero $ spent on repairs after the inspection. That was exactly what we wanted. Brent was also extremely easy to communicate with. My wife and I were in California as often as we were in Washington and Brent was easily reachable anytime via phone/email/text. Again, I would absolutely work with Brent again if I were selling a home in Seattle. I've sold homes before with realtors I enjoyed working with, but Brent is really top notch!
