Brent found us the house of our dreams. Wait, scratch that: we didn't even know we could dream for a house as amazing as the house that Brent helped us find. But let's start at the beginning... We found Brent through a web search for Seattle real estate professionals when we were researching our move to Seattle. His website was great (always a good sign) so we gave him a call and told him what we were looking for. Brent emailed us listings that matched our criteria and we made an appointment to meet him in person and look at a couple of the homes. At the first home, we quickly realized just how competitive the Seattle real estate market was -- and how quickly we'd need to act to get the house we wanted -- when, as Brent was showing us the home, other couples were lining up for their viewings.

Thankfully, Brent is lightning fast at emailing new listings and (here's where the 20+ years of real estate experience probably comes in) has a great gut sense of when an offer needs to be made and what the details of the offer need to be to give buyers a fighting chance in a competitive market. That first house wasn't the one. The second, third, fourth house weren't the ones either. Brent was patient as he showed us home after home, and in that process, really "got" us and what we wanted. That's how -- when the house that is now our dream house, the one we're living in today, came on the market -- he knew it was "the one" and told us we needed to see it ASAP. He was right, we made our offer, it was accepted, and the rest is history. All that plus Brent's just a cool guy, a good human being. We'd recommend him to anyone.

Brent is everything one looks for in an agent. He helped us buy our home after months of looking. He knew exactly what we wanted/needed probably before we even did, to be honest! We moved to Seattle a year ago and we have a young child so we needed someone like Brent who really knows the area, schools etc. He really was on top of things, sent listings as soon as they became available, always responded promptly to my emails and showed us homes at whatever time/day was convenient for us.
